Republican presidents and congress got us into this mess. Fiscal conservatives were livid with the Republican party for this fiasco. Now, we're not getting more of the same, we're getting a WHOLE lot more. Please lets end this madness. Government MUST be responsible with our money!
Of course it's bipartisan... it spends unbelievable amounts of money, and it gives most of it to big businesses. What more could a congressman ask for?

I would concur. Unfortunately this is the single most "successful" example in recent American politics of a bipartisan effort.
