Child abuse captured on videotape

A deeply disturbing 2-minute video which I found without further background information at the aggregator site Izismile.

It depicts a woman pushing a baby in a stroller and physically abusing the child by shaking the stroller. I don't know if she is a mother angry about a crying child, or a caretender with a mental/emotional disorder. But the activity shown is capable of inducing brain injury - the "shaken baby syndrome."
