It's been a long time since I've posted anything in the flash games category.
Chat Noir just asks you to confine the black cat by clicking circles to make them black. You have essentially won if/when you complete a perimeter, though the game requires you to complete the entrapment to a single circle (or click reset).
Simple and nonaddictive.
